Complaints Policy

Evolve Fitness Education Ltd believe the learner experience is the core of everything we do. We aim to deliver 100% satisfaction, through quality, flexibility and support. 

If you feel we have fallen short of these standards, please let us know so that we can address your concerns.

If you have a complaint, please email our dedicated complaints address.


On receipt of your email, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your email within 5 working days.
  • A senior member of the Evolve team will investigate your complaint and liaise directly with you to gather any information or evidence required. 
  • A final decision or outcome will be made within 15 working days from the date of your email.

If you are unhappy with the outcome of the investigation, we recommend that you source an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider and file your complaint directly with them.
